The Company has entered into an agreement with National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) for dematerialisation of shares.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has made trading in the shares of the Company compulsory in dematerialised form. As on Decedmber 31, 2017, 96.79% of the Company’s paid-up capital representing 88,57,110 shares were held in dematerialised form.
