The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has taken a “Green Initiative in Corporate Governance” by allowing paperless compliances by the companies and has issued circulars inter alia stating that service of notice/documents including Annual Report can be sent to the registered e-mail addresses of its members. To support this green initiative of the Government in full measure, members desirous of receiving the aforementioned documents in electronic mode, are requested to register their e-mail addresses, in respect of electronic holdings with the Depository through their concerned DP’s. Members who hold shares in physical form are requested to inform us by sending an email to us at email@example.com. Further, please note, that if there is any change in the email address registered with us, you are requested to update the same with your DP (in case of shares held in demat mode) and by sending an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org (in case of shares held in physical form).
The shareholder(s) who has/have already registered his/her/their email ID with the Company but wishes to receive the hard copy of the Annual Report/Communication can do so by sending a duly signed request letter to that effect to the Company or the Company’s RTA.
